These Terms & Conditions govern all services, digital products, and custom work provided by WBF Solutions & Design. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide digital design services including CAD design, 3D modelling, visualization, and digital asset creation. All work is delivered based on an agreed project scope before commencement.
Only work explicitly included in the agreed scope is provided. Any additional requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges and extended timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed, projects include a limited number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
All pricing and payments are structured to ensure fairness, project security, and efficient delivery of services.
No work will begin until the required payment or deposit conditions are met and confirmed.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time allocation, planning, and initial production stages.
Final files, deliverables, or completed work will only be released once full payment has been received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of work, withholding of deliverables, or cancellation of the project without refund of deposit.
Any changes to project scope, requirements, or complexity may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before continuation of work.
Deliverables are provided in agreed formats (such as STL, STEP, OBJ, or project-specific formats). Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
For custom commissioned work, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered design upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
This includes the right to use, modify, and apply the delivered work for personal or commercial purposes within the agreed project scope.
WBF Solutions & Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, and case studies unless explicitly restricted in writing.
All store products are provided under a personal use license only by default.
Personal use means the buyer may use the product for individual, non-commercial purposes only. Reselling, redistribution, or claiming ownership is strictly prohibited.
If a client wishes to use store products for commercial use, resale, redistribution, or integration into their own products or services, they must purchase the appropriate license (user license or seller/commercial license where applicable).
Commercial use is not permitted unless explicitly granted through a valid license purchase or written agreement.
All designs, assets, and digital products remain the intellectual property of WBF Solutions & Design until ownership or licensing is properly granted as outlined above.
Some products are sold via third-party platforms such as Gumroad. These platforms handle payment processing and delivery. Purchases are subject to their own terms and policies.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of delivered work without permission or a valid license.
We are not responsible for misuse of files, manufacturing errors, third-party modifications, or indirect damages resulting from the use of delivered work.
All communication must remain professional and relevant to the project scope. We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or inappropriate behavior.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
